We are proud to announce that the collaborative project Art-Tek Tulltorja — conceived and realized by Urban Drafters, Rafi Segal A+U, ORG Permanent Modernity, and Marisa Morán Jahn — has been recognized as one of the 20 winners of the 2025 Holcim Foundation Awards for Sustainable Construction. The Holcim Awards, with a global USD 1 million prize pool, are among the most prestigious international honors celebrating exemplary sustainable design and construction practices that respond creatively to pressing environmental, social, and cultural challenges worldwide.
Chosen from hundreds of entries across the globe, the Art-Tek Tulltorja project embodies regenerative urban transformation, adaptive reuse, and community-driven cultural regeneration. The Holcim Foundation jury recognized the work for its innovative approach to transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant hub for creativity, technology, and civic life in Pristina — a demonstration of how architecture and design can catalyze long-term social and economic impact within post-conflict contexts.
The inclusion of OUD+, Rafi Segal, ORG, and Marisa Jahn among the Holcim Award winners places them within an international cohort of leading designers and thinkers shaping sustainable futures. This recognition celebrates not just individual design excellence but also a shared commitment to environmentally responsible, culturally rooted, and socially inclusive architecture that resonates far beyond Kosovo’s borders.
